Susan Boyle Fans International, Inc. (SBFII) is a non-profit corporation registered in the state of Delaware. SBFII owns and manages susan-boyle.com, forum.susan-boyle.com and subostore.com (an Amazon affiliate), as well as a Facebook account, Twitter account, and YouTube channel. SBFII is not affiliated with Susan Boyle, her family or associates.
The websites managed by SBFII were started just after Susan’s famous Britain’s Got Talent audition aired on April 11, 2009, and were originally privately owned and operated. In July 2010 the original owner sold the three websites to a bidder representing website members. Shortly after the purchase, Susan Boyle Fans International, Inc. was registered as a not-for-profit corporation in the State of Delaware and took ownership of the websites. Member loans used to purchase the websites have been repaid, and income generated from advertising and Amazon affiliation covers the operational costs. We appreciate purchases made through our affiliates and any additional donations to help pay our monthly expenses.
SBFII represents a diverse community of people from all over the world who have been brought together by their shared admiration for Susan Boyle. The day-to-day operations of SBFII are carried out by an all-volunteer staff of administrators, moderators, and technical support staff. SBFII is also overseen by an elected seven-member board of directors that is responsible for SBFII’s financial and legal obligations.
If you would like to learn more about SBFII’s board, bylaws, finances, or volunteer staff, this information is available if you register on the SBFII Forum. The SBFII Forum contains annual reports, financial reports, and board meeting minutes, as well as information about who is currently serving on the board and the staff.
