About the Video: DeadlinenewsTV wrote: FANS failed to show their support for Susan Boyle when a Japanese film crew visited the stars hometown of Blackburn yesterday. Two of Subos biggest fans flew over from the States to meet up with a crew from Japans state broadcasters HMK to show them around the West Lothian town. But they couldnt find any of the singers fans so resorted to giving out SuBo badges to bemused passers-by. Find out more at www.deadlinescotland.co.uk...

Excuse me for the mistake in my message. Meant to say, I look forward to seeing what is on Susan's fan site.

I've pre-ordered Susan's album. Hope Susan feels wonderful about how she has effected the world. I paid $40 to a friend in England to send me a Susan Boyle T-shirt. I look wonderful to seeing what Susan is doing each time I open her fan site. Even if the album isn't the biggest hit, Susan herself is.

Here's some clarification that might help. Japan Broadcasting Corporation representatives found out on this forum that Leslie and I planned to visit Blackburn in early September (Leslie mentioned this a couple of months ago). Through "Private Message," they contacted us. Their overall story is the Susan Boyle Phenomenon, which has caught on even in Japan. When they learned that two American fans planned to visit Blackburn (Leslie for the second time), they arranged the filming on one of the days we'd be there. Somehow, this word got out to the Scottish and UK media. No one made big arrangements for a tour. News services put the word out, and everyone waited to see who else would show up ~ that's it. The Japanese crew were so professional and respectful in all ways. The other media who appeared on the scene did so largely, I think, because it's newsworthy that Japan Broadcasting Corporation would make a documentary on Susan Boyle, who is increasingly popular in Japan. I don't know, but maybe sleepy Blackburn got it's fill of news crews from April 12 through May 31, and maybe the town didn't know the Japanese crew was coming. For PR like that, it seems Susan's PR people should have been the ones making sure her fans in the area knew about this. I didn't see much advertising.

It is difficult to believe that only two American ladies went to Blackburn to be present for the Japanese filming of Susan's home town in West Lothian, Scotland. We here in the USA love Susan and hold her close to our hearts. I am one person who really wanted to be there for the occasion. Perhaps the Japanese film crew did not realize that the date which they designated was back-to-school time here in the States. Also, Labor Day is this coming Monday, September 7. That is a Federal Holiday observed by all. How gracious were the two unofficial representatives of our nation, as was the Japanese commentator, in honoring our newest and moset favored entertaining star, Susan Boyle!

It's so remarkable to hear others voice what I would like to say about my feelings regarding Susan's impact on me personally. Thank you for letting the Joy of what Susan has brought to us around the world by putting it into action.
